What happens when I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

When upgrading, the new features are available immediately and you'll be charged the prorated difference. When downgrading, changes take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I cancel my subscription anytime?

Yes, you can cancel at any time from your account settings. Your access will continue until the end of your current billing period. There are no cancellation fees.

What payment methods do you accept?

Memberships: Bachs (cards, mobile money, stablecoins, bank transfer) or crypto (USDT on Ethereum/Base/TRON, ETH, SOL). For crypto you get an invoice, pay the GigoraNetwork treasury wallet, paste the transaction hash, and the plan activates after automated verification. That is a membership payment to GigoraNetwork, not project escrow. Project payments are held in GigoraNetwork’s custodial platform escrow (via Bachs for fiat) and released to the freelancer’s GigoraNetwork wallet when the work is approved or a dispute is decided.

Is there a free trial for paid plans?

Yes! All paid plans come with a 14-day free trial. No credit card required. You can cancel anytime during the trial with no obligation.

How does the service fee work?

The service fee is deducted from each completed project payment. Starter plans have a 10% fee, Professional plans have a 5% fee, and Enterprise plans have custom negotiated rates.

Is it free to post jobs as a client?

Yes, completely! Clients/Employers can list unlimited jobs, review proposals, and hire talent without paying any upfront registration, listing, or platform subscription fees. This helps us ensure a high volume of active jobs on the platform.

When and how is the freelancer charged?

Freelancers (jobbers) pay zero upfront fees to apply for jobs. A service fee (based on your active plan tier: 10% on Starter, 5% on Professional, 3% on Enterprise) is deducted only when the client approves and releases the escrow funds for a completed project. You only pay when you earn!
