WordPress & WooCommerce Speed Optimization & Custom Checkout Flow
Description
Our high-traffic WooCommerce store is suffering from mobile checkout drop-offs and sub-optimal Core Web Vitals.
Tasks:
- Audit and streamline the single-page checkout flow with address auto-complete and guest checkout.
- Optimize asset delivery, caching rules (Redis + Cloudflare), and reduce Total Blocking Time (TBT).
- Ensure mobile Google PageSpeed score improves to 90+.
- Integrate Stripe Elements & Apple Pay with zero checkout friction.
