With the evolving landscape of digital threats and an increasing volume of sophisticated attacks by malicious actors, we have a security policy mandating all new hires complete an in-person onboarding process - no exceptions. Security is our foundation and we prioritize physical identity verification and secure IT setup. While our security and IT logistics require physical presence to protect our infrastructure from sophisticated global threats, this move is equally about our Village culture. We believe that a laptop can be shipped, but our culture cannot.
We are looking to add a Senior Product Marketing Manager, Stablecoin-as-a-Service and Tokenization to our team.
You will own how Anchorage Digital positions and takes to market two product lines: Stablecoin-as-a-Service, the issuance platform that lets a fintech, bank, payments company, or protocol launch its own branded, federally regulated dollar stablecoin with Anchorage Digital Bank as issuer of record; and Tokenization, including tokenized deposits infrastructure for banks and the tokenized assets our platform supports.
Your buyers are the people deciding whether to launch a stablecoin or put deposits onchain: heads of product and payments at fintechs and banks, treasurers, protocol founders, and the legal and compliance teams behind them. You will shape the story they hear, the proof they see, and the material our sales team uses to close them.
This is a generalist product marketing role on a small team. Product marketing is the core of the job, and you will also carry brand, events, and communications work for your product lines: the launch announcement, the conference talk, the co-marketing plan with a client who just issued on our platform. You should be as comfortable writing a positioning doc as briefing a designer or prepping an executive for a panel.
We have created the Factors of Growth & Impact to help Villagers better measure impact and articulate coaching, feedback, and the rich and rewarding learning that happens while exploring, developing, and mastering the capabilities and contributions within and outside of the Senior Product Marketing Manager, Stablecoin-as-a-Service and Tokenization role:
Technical Skills:
- Write the positioning, messaging, and ICP definition for Stablecoin-as-a-Service and Tokenization, and keep them current as the products and the market move.
- Build and maintain the sales toolkit: pitch decks, one-pagers, solution pages, competitive battlecards, FAQs, and client case studies, and train Sales on how to use them.
- Run product and client launches end to end: the announcement, the press and social plan, the website and in-app updates, and the co-marketing with the client whose stablecoin just went live.
- Produce content for an institutional audience, from web copy and blog posts to white papers, webinars, and conference talks, in the Anchorage Digital voice.
Complexity and Impact of Work:
- Translate a regulated issuance platform into a story a fintech CEO, a bank treasurer, and a protocol founder each recognize as their own, and decide which story leads where.
- Build competitive positioning against other issuers and issuance platforms, and make the case for issuing through a federally chartered bank in plain terms a buyer can repeat internally.
- Own the brand, events, and communications calendar for your product lines, including conference presence, speaking submissions, and executive prep.
Organizational Knowledge:
- Develop fluency in how issuance, reserves, minting, redemption, and tokenized deposits work on our platform, and in the GENIUS Act requirements that shape what we can say.
- Partner with Product on roadmap priorities using client interviews, win and loss analysis, and market research.
- Work with Legal and Compliance so every external claim survives review the first time.
Communication and Influence:
- Gather client, prospect, and competitor insight and share it across Marketing, Product, Sales, and the Stablecoin Solutions team.
- Act as the marketing point of contact for the Stablecoin-as-a-Service and Tokenization business, and bring the broader Marketing team (design, demand generation, social, communications) into your launches.
You may be a fit for this role if you have:
- Have 5 or more years in B2B product marketing, with at least part of that in fintech, payments, financial services, or digital assets.
- Have owned positioning and go-to-market for a product end to end, from ICP and messaging through launch and sales enablement, and can show the results.
- Write clearly for a sophisticated reader who will not look anything up, in short form and long form, and can explain how a stablecoin is issued, backed, and redeemed without a glossary.
- Have worked on brand, events, or communications programs, not only product marketing, and are happy to carry those for your product lines on a small team.
- Have sold alongside a sales team: built the deck, trained the reps, sat in on the calls, and changed the pitch based on what you heard.
- Are comfortable with regulatory and compliance review, and treat it as part of getting the story right rather than an obstacle.
- Search constantly for client, prospect, and competitor insight and use it to change what we build and say.
Although not a requirement, bonus points if:
- Have marketed a stablecoin, a tokenization product, or a bank or fintech infrastructure product.
- Have run co-marketing with partners or enterprise clients, including joint announcements and reference programs.
- Have worked with a regulated financial institution or a company going through a licensing or charter process.
- Follow the GENIUS Act, stablecoin issuance, and tokenized deposits closely and have opinions about where the market goes next.
- Were emotionally moved by the soundtrack to Hamilton, which chronicles the founding of a new financial system.
